Auto Body Done Right

Robert spraying custom paint in the booth at Reflectionz Restorations in Englewood, CO

Full-service auto body shop on Cornell Ave in Englewood. Collision work, hail damage, full restorations, custom paint, ceramic coatings, rust repair, bed liners — all of it done in-house, in our own booth, by the same guys every time.

What that means for you is simple. One shop that stands behind every part of the job, an honest estimate up front, and a finish that holds up to Colorado sun, hail, and winter roads. Whether it's a fender bender, a hail-beat daily driver, or a classic you've been meaning to bring back, you'll deal with the people actually doing the work — and you'll get it back looking like it should.

Why People Drive Past Three Other Shops to Get Here

You Deal With Robert

We Wet Sand and Flow Coat

Insurance Doesn't Get to Pick Your Shop

Built for Colorado Roads

The guy who quotes your car is the guy who paints it. No handoffs, no getting passed to someone who wasn't there for the conversation. If something changes mid-job, you hear it from me directly.

Most shops spray clear and hand you the keys. We lay the clear, sand it flat, then flow coat over the top and polish it out. That's what kills orange peel. It's why our paint looks wet in the sun and theirs looks like a factory job.

Colorado law says the vehicle is yours and the choice is yours. Your adjuster can recommend, but they can't require. We'll write the estimate, handle the supplements, and go back at them if the first number doesn't cover a correct repair.

Hail every summer, mag chloride every winter, UV at 5,280 feet the whole year. We've been fixing what this state does to paint and sheet metal since day one. Undercoating and rust repair aren't add-ons here. They're most of what we do from November on.

Common Questions

Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?

No. In Colorado the car is yours and so is the choice of shop. Your insurer can suggest a shop on their network, but they can't require it, and choosing us doesn't reduce your coverage. We'll handle the claim either way.

How long will my car be in the shop?

Most collision jobs run 3 to 7 business days once parts are in. Hail depends on the count and whether panels need paint. Custom paint is typically 2 to 4 weeks because of the sanding and cure time between stages. Restorations run longer, and we'll be straight with you about that up front.

Does insurance pay for hail damage?

Usually, under the comprehensive part of your policy, which is separate from collision and typically doesn't raise your rate. You pay the deductible and we deal with the rest. Bring us the estimate they gave you and we'll tell you honestly whether it covers a correct repair.

What's the difference between paint correction and a repaint?

Correction polishes the clear coat that's already on the car to remove swirls, oxidation and light scratches. Repaint means new material. If the clear hasn't failed, correction is far cheaper and gets you most of the way there. We'll tell you which one your car actually needs.

Do I need ceramic coating?

Not everyone does. It makes sense on a fresh paint job, a car that lives outside, or a truck that sees winter roads. It's not magic and it won't stop a rock chip. Correct first, coat second, because coating over swirl marks just seals them in.

Can you match my paint exactly?

Yes. We pull the code off the car, mix it, spray a test card, and adjust for how the existing paint has faded. Then we blend into the adjacent panels so there's no hard line. On a sun-faded older car, blending is the whole trick.

Do you work on classic cars, or just newer vehicles?

Both, and restoration is a big part of what we do. Metal fabrication, rust repair, panel replacement, gap work and show-level paint. We can build it in phases if that fits your budget better.

Is undercoating actually worth it in Colorado?

Yes. The magnesium chloride brine used on I-25 and C-470 is harder on steel than plain salt because it stays wet longer. Undercoating before the first snow is the cheapest thing you can do to keep a truck from rotting at the rockers and cab corners.

How far will you travel, and can you handle mountain customers?

Our shop is in Englewood and most of our customers are in the south metro. For restorations and custom paint we regularly work with people in Aspen, Vail and Summit County and can help arrange enclosed transport. Call us and we'll figure out the logistics.
